A contemporary designed two side by side town houses at Bentleigh East. Vic Home Choice has completed the project from the demolishing stage till turnkey stage. The soil condition was a challenge and required 68 screw piles and fully suspended concrete beams and slabs. The project required heavy steel structure to support the first floors. Both units have 3000 mm ceiling height throughout which added a great effect to the space factor. Full details were required to complete the facades, the interior and the external Merbau deckings. Quality inclusions were used such as hardwood stained staircases, Engineered timber flooring, porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling, quality carpet, Mat Vinyl Wrap Kitchen cabinetry, stone bench tops, quality kitchen appliances, 2340mm high internal doors, 3 coats of paint, and other quality inclusions.
