An Architecturally designed side by side town houses that we built for one of our property developers in a bay side suburb. Vic Home Choice has completed the project from the demolishing stage till a turnkey stage including landscaping and window furnishings. The soil condition was a challenge and required deeper concrete beams and a fully suspended slabs. The project required heavy steel structure to support the first floors. The party wall was a brick structure that required the involvement of the bricklayer with the framer to complete the frame. Quality inclusions were used such as hardwood staircases, Bamboo timber flooring, porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling, quality carpet, gloss Kitchen cabinetry, stone bench tops, panel internal doors, 3 coats of paint, skylights and other quality inclusions. Definitely the project has added value to the street and we ended up with a satisfied property developer who decided to keep the two properties.
