A contemporary designed single storey home was designed, built and sold as a spec home by Vic Home Choice. The project was completed up to turnkey including window furniture, concrete driveway, fences and landscaping. The soil condition was a challenge and required deeper concrete beams and fully suspended concrete slab. Full details were required to complete the facades, the interior and the Alfresco area.
