Unit Development
A Custom design Contemporary two detached town houses at Clarinda. Vic Home Choice has completed the project from the demolishing stage till turnkey stage.
The soil condition was a challenge and required 70 screw piles and fully suspended concrete beams and slabs. The storm water system for the back unit is designed as a pumping station with 2 huge tanks.
Quality inclusions were used such as hardwood stained staircases, Engineered timber flooring, porcelain floor and wall tiles up to ceiling, quality carpet, Mat Vinyl Wrap Kitchen cabinetry, stone bench tops, quality kitchen appliances, 2340mm high internal doors, 3 coats of paint, and other quality inclusions.
